Warming Centers Open in Lexington

Warming Centers have opened across Lexington for people who need emergency shelter or to get out of the snow and freezing temperatures for a few minutes.

Individuals can go to the following locations:

Hope Center for Men (360 West Loudon Avenue.)
The Salvation Army for Women and Children (736 West Main Street)
The Arbor Youth Services MASH Drop Inn Emergency Shelter for Youth 0-17 yrs old. (536 West Third Street.).

In addition, the following day centers will be open on their usual schedule:

Arbor Youth Services for Youth 18-25 yrs. old (540 West Third), 10 a.m. -4 p.m.
Catholic Action Center (400 East Fifth Street), 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
New Life Day Center (224 North Martin Luther King Boulevard) 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
