FCDC: Inmate failed to return from court-ordered pass

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The search is on for a Lexington jail inmate who didn’t return Tuesday from a court-ordered pass, according to the jail.

Investigators say 32-year old Justin Lee Pursifull left the jail at 7:00 a.m. on a court-ordered pass and was scheduled to return at 5:00 p.m.

The jail says Pursifull was in jail on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Tampering with Physical Evidence and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
