Funeral arrangements set for former Johnson County Judge-Executive

STAFFORDSVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – People in Johnson County are mourning the loss of former Judge-Executive Roger “Tucker” Daniel, of Staffordsville, who died over the weekend at the age of 80.

Daniel served as judge-executive for nearly two decades beginning in 2000.

The former president of Kentucky West Virginia Gas Company is survived by his wife, two sons and five grandchildren.

Phelps & Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation begins after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, and will resume on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral to immediately follow in the funeral home’s chapel.  Burial will be in the Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
