Man arrested twice in three days, accused of fighting five police officers

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ)- Barely a day after being released from jail, Winchester police re-arrested a man after he fought five officers at the hospital, according to the Winchester Sun.

The paper says 26-year-old Carlos Cruz Dominguez was arrested after he charged at five police officers and began to fight them after cursing at people and causing a scene in the emergency room of Clark Regional Medical Center.

Officers told the paper they had to put Dominguez in a face shield before taking him back to jail.

Dominguez was also arrested last Saturday after police say he entered a home, refused to leave and locked himself in the bathroom. When officers arrived and were able to get into the bathroom, they say Dominguez had removed all his clothes.

The newspaper says Dominguez was released the same day after posting bail.
