Olive Hill man killed in Carter County crash

GRAYSON, Ky. (WTVQ)- An Olive Hill man has been killed in a Carter County car crash.

State Police say a man rear-ended an International tractor Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. on Kentucky 986.

The tractor driver, 71-year-old Earl Withrow from Olive Hill, was killed in the crash.

The other driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Troopers say no charges have been filed and alcohol isn’t suspected to be a factor in causing the crash.
