An arrest was made in a rape that happened at a Lexington home more than 20 years ago.
Derrick Grant Harvey, 46, is accused of raping a juvenile back in 1992.
According to court documents, the juvenile passed out after drinking at a party and woke up to find a man having sex with her.
Documents said evidence collected during the investigation positively identified Harvey as the suspect.
