Harrison County constable facing new charges

HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Harrison County constable charged with rape is facing new charges.

William Fields Jr., who is also a Paris firefighter, was arrested Tuesday.

Fields was charged with third-degree rape, wanton endangerment, and unlawful transaction with a minor last month.

According to police, Fields threw a party at his home where teenagers were drinking.

According to court documents, Fields now faces additional charges of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy, and a charge of using a minor under 18 in a sexual performance.
