Man charged in child sex abuse case in Hazard

HAZARD, Ky. (WTVQ) – An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a man on 19-counts of sexual abuse involving a child, according to Hazard Police.

Investigators say 25-year old Brandon Sumner was arrested Monday and taken to the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
