Bell County man accused of abusing a child

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Bell County man is accused of abusing a three-month old child in March, according to police.

Investigators say Devin Singleton was arrested Monday afternoon and taken to the Bell County Detention Center on an assault charge.

Police say the child ended up in a hospital in Tennessee.
