Report: Franklin County school superintendent indicted

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ – The superintendent for Franklin County Public Schools was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday.

According the Frankfort State-Journal, 48-year-old Mark Kopp, of Frankfort, is accused of criminal attempted bribery of a public servant.

The newspaper says what lead to the indictment hasn’t been outlined. Kopp tells the newspaper he had no idea why he was being charged.
