UPDATE: Laurel County runaway teen found

The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says Justin Francis has been found safe.

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for 15-year old Justin Francis, who they say ran away early Tuesday morning.

Investigators say Francis was last seen on Davenport Lane, six miles south of London, around 5:00 a.m.

They say he took a black Nissan Altima with a cancer license plate #5122GK.
