Sheriff: Man in sniper suit robs Knox County store

FLAT LICK, Ky. (WTVQ) – One suspect went to great lengths to conceal his identity when he robbed a convenience store in Knox County.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Department says a man walked into Wildcat Market in Barbourville around 3:30 a.m. Monday wearing a sniper suit and armed with a gun.

The store clerk tells police the man pulled a gun on him and demanded money.

Once he got the money, deputies say the suspect took off in a silver 2012 Jeep Liberty with the side brake light out.
