Free Christmas Concert Features Local Talent
In the spirit of the holidays, a group of friends and musicians want to give a gift to the community: music.
A couple years ago, local dance instructor and pianist Aaron Jones decided that his love for Christmas music needed to be shared. He got a couple friends on board and an annual tradition was born.
This year’s concert features the musical stylings of Jones, himself, and a number of other area musicians including Meredith Lane from 104.5 FM The Kat and Cheryl Roberts, lead singer of the band Superfecta.
There will be three performances, all free, on Sunday, December 22. The shows are scheduled for 2:30, 5, and 7:30 pm, all taking place at Pinckard Baptist Church in Versailles.
