Update: Arrest Made In Lexington Business Robbery Case

Lexington Police said Billy Joe Johnson, 36, of Lexington, was charged with robbing the ‘Check Into Cash’ on New Circle Road on November 7, 2013.

Police said he was already in jail on unrelated charges when he was charged with this robbery.

Investigators said they do not think Johnson was responsible for an October robbery at the same business.
