Daycare worker accused of taunting toddler while co-worker recorded

WAYNE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Two daycare workers from Wendy’s Wonderland in Wayne County have been arrested after investigators say one taunted a two-year-old child while another recorded it.

According to arrest citations, Tasha Cox has been charged with failure to report child dependent and neglect. Court documents say Cox recorded a two-year-old child being taunted by a co-worker and posted the video on Facebook.

Court documents say Diana Willett is accused of taunting a 2-year-old child with a doll, knowing the child had a fear of dolls and small animals. According to the citation, the daycare facility was made aware of this fear when the child began attending.
