UPDATE: Police: Three killed after driver fleeing from officers causes I75 crash
UPDATE (9/5/2019 12:06 P.M.) –
According to the Lexington Police Department, they were contacted around 10:00 p.m. about a truck fleeing from Winchester Police on I-64 towards Lexington.
Police say minutes after getting the call, there was a crash on I-75 at the 110 mile marker.
According to police, Tammy Rodriguez was running from police when she made an abrupt u-turn at the I-64 and I-75 split and began driving the wrong way on I-75 North.
Police say she hit a Chevy Sonic head-on and then a Jeep, causing it to rollover.
One of the passengers in Rodriguez’ truck, 35-year-old Debbie Lynn Bevins, of Pikeville, was killed. Another passenger in the truck suffered life-threatening injuries, according to police.
The driver of the Sonic, 26-year-old Taylor Blevins, and her passenger, 20-year-old Caitlyn Bailey, both of Georgetown, were killed.
The driver of the Jeep suffered non life-threatening injuries.
Police say Rodriguez also suffered non life-threatening injuries.
She has been charged with driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Fayette County Coroner’s Office says three people were killed in a late-night crash on Interstate 75.
The coroner says the victims are: 35-year-old Debbie Lynn Bevins, of Pikeville; 26-year-old Taylor Denise Blevins, of Georgetown; 20-year-old Caitlyn Danielle Bailey, of Georgetown. According to the coroner, all three were pronounced dead at the scene at 11:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The accident happened just before 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at the southern split of northbound I-75, near mile marker 110. Authorities have not said what led to the three-vehicle crash or if the victims were all in the same vehicle.
The accident closed down all northbound lanes of I-75 at the 110 mile marker, as well the ramp to I-64. The roadway did not reopen until 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
