Couple Arrested For Criminal Abuse

The State Police say an Anderson County couple didn’t take care of their ten month old child to the point that it ended up in the hospital.

Troopers arrested Billie J. Combs and Aaron J. Hilbert on Tuesday. They were both charged with Criminal Abuse.

Investigators say back in July, they took their baby to a pediatrician.

The doctor sent the infant to the emergency room.

State Police say the baby was malnourished and in poor health.
