Cats Getting Bullied On The Boards
On the stat sheet, they’re called rebounds. But really, it’s just a fancy name for second chances.
Cats also failing in their second chance to impress against a ranked opponent Saturday, losing 69-62 to 20th ranked Baylor.
Baylor playing the part of bully under the boards. The Bears with 18 offensive rebounds to the Cats’ 10. That means 8 more additional possessions on the offensive end.
That’s odd, considering John Calipari says this team is mostly concerned with scoring. More rebounds = more scoring opportunites
If the Cats don’t learn to box out, they’ll continue being out-pointed.
