Pike County fire victim identified

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Investigators have identified a person found dead following a house fire in Pike County over the weekend.

State Police say after the house fire was extinguished Saturday night on Ellhorn Creek Road, investigators found the body of 58-year old Bennie Tackett.

Investigators say foul play is not suspected.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
