Kerr Kriisa returns to Lexington, joins La Familia roster for TBT

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX SPORTS) – With The Basketball Tournament (TBT) just over two weeks away, La Familia continues to add to its roster.

Former Kentucky guard Kerr Kriisa was announced Tuesday as the team’s latest addition. Kriisa played for the Wildcats during the 2024-25 season, averaging 4.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists in nine games before suffering a season-ending foot injury against Gonzaga.

Kriisa’s college career spanned six seasons and four schools. He spent three years at Arizona before transferring to West Virginia for the 2023-24 season. He then joined Kentucky for the 2024-25 campaign before finishing his collegiate career at Cincinnati.

Following his appearance with La Familia in TBT, Kriisa is set to begin his professional career in Estonia.

Kriisa becomes the sixth player to commit to La Familia’s 2025 roster, joining former Wildcats Andrew Harrison, Kahlil Whitney, Willie Cauley-Stein, Reid Travis and Archie Goodwin.

Additional roster announcements are expected in the coming weeks as La Familia prepares for the start of the tournament.
