Lexington Police Searching For Suspect After Shooting
Lexington Police said they are looking for man who they say fired two shots at a man in a wheelchair Saturday night.
They said it happened around 7:30 p.m.
Officers said a man was headed down Grinstead Street in a wheelchair. That’s when another man approached him.
According to police, the suspect tried to reach through the victim’s pockets before pushing him to the ground.
They said the victim then pulled out a BB gun. Officers said that’s when the other man pulled out a real gun.
Police said the suspect fired two shots and ran away. The bullets missed the victim.
The suspect was last seen wearing a tan coat and blue jeans.
