Update: Missing Middlesboro Man Found Dead
State Police said a body found Monday in a river in Harlan was identified as a missing Bell County man.
Investigators said Christopher Allen Buell, 35, of Middlesboro, was reported missing by his Mother on November 25, 2013.
State Police said Buell had walked off from the Harlan ARH Hospital.
Investigators said preliminarily, no foul play was suspected.
