Five teenagers accused of robbing people at gunpoint in Corbin

CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ)- Corbin Police arrested five teenagers early Tuesday morning, after they say the group robbed people at gunpoint.

Investigators say around 2 a.m., 18-year-old Anthony Shields, of Gray, and 19-year-old Jermel Carton, of Barbourville, along with a 15, 16, and 17-year-old went to a home on Ruggle Street and held people at gunpoint while stealing cell phones, cash, and marijuana.

The five were arrested a short time later. The other teens names were not released because of their ages.
