Harrodsburg city to discuss ban on new drug treatment centers

HARRODSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Harrodsburg City Commission plans to discuss a proposed moratorium on the opening of drug and alcohol treatment centers in the community, on Monday evening.

A meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Harrodsburg City Hall, on 109 Short Street.

Representatives of Isaiah House say they are against the motion and plan to speak out against it.

Isaiah House is a drug and alcohol treatment center that serves Harrodsburg, as well as communities across Kentucky and other states.
