CPD: Mother arrested after toddler found wandering naked

CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ) – A woman was arrested in Corbin after her toddler son was found wandering naked in a business parking lot, according to Corbin Police.

Investigators say when they went to the child’s apartment, they found his mother, 38-year old Alice Diaz, asleep on the couch.

Police say she admitted to investigators that she had been drinking and had no idea how long she had been asleep.

She was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, according to police.
