Man accused of drugging woman, sexually abusing her
HAROLD, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Floyd County man is accused of injecting a woman with methamphetamine and then sexually abusing her, according to a report in The Floyd County Chronicle.
The incident allegedly happened on June 22, 2019, according to the report.
The report quotes documents as saying 23-year old Eric Roberts, of Harold, faces charges of 1st Degree Assault and 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse.
The case was sent to a Floyd County Grand Jury for consideration, according to the report.
Following his arrest, Roberts was placed under a $5,000 cash bond and was ordered not to have any contact with the reported victim.
