Rockcastle County Schools cancel classes March 13 and 16 due to illness
MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Rockcastle County Schools announced classes will not be in session Friday, March 13, and Monday, March 16 due to widespread illness.
District officials say the decision was made to prioritize the health and safety of students and staff.
School leaders thanked families for their patience and understanding as the district works to address the illness impacting the community.
