Firefighters rescue person from apartment fire in London, Kentucky

LONDON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Firefighters in London rescued a person from an apartment fire Monday morning.

According to the London Fire Department, crews responded to an apartment complex near Spring Street.

Officials say one person was rescued from the building. Firefighters have contained the blaze to a single apartment, and crews remain on the scene.
