Missing dog rescued from storm drain in London, Kentucky

AUREL COUNTY, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A dog reported missing in Laurel County is now safe after firefighters rescued it from a storm drain in London.

According to the London Fire Department, firefighters and other officials worked together earlier this week to rescue the dog after it became stuck inside the drain.

Crews say the dog had been missing from its home for several days before it was located.

Officials say the dog was not injured during the incident.
