Two arrested after nine injured in shooting at Cincinnati music venue

CINCINNATI (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Two men have been arrested following a shooting at a Cincinnati music venue that left nine people injured early Sunday morning.

According to the Cincinnati Police Department, officers responded around 1 a.m. to reports of shots fired inside Riverfront Live on Kellogg Avenue.

Police say nine people were shot during the incident and were taken to area hospitals. Authorities report that all victims are currently in stable condition.

Investigators have arrested 24-year-old Fra-neek Cobb and 29-year-old Derrick Long. Both are charged with felonious assault.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is assisting in the investigation and is offering a reward for information that could lead to additional arrests.

City officials described the shooting as senseless and say the investigation remains ongoing.
