Perry County Central High School Student Killed in ATV Accident
HAZARD, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Perry County Central High School officials say a student was tragically killed in an ATV accident Saturday evening, prompting an outpouring of grief from the school community.
In a statement, school officials said they are heartbroken for the student’s family, friends, and the Perry County Central “Commodore” family.
Counselors will be available Monday morning to support students and staff as they process the loss.
School leaders asked the community to keep the student’s family and others affected in their thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.
