Police clear scene after overnight shots-fired call

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Police have cleared the scene after responding to a shots-fired call overnight in Lexington.

According to officers, the incident happened just after 3 a.m. at a home on Wilderness Road.

Investigators say when officers arrived, a person went inside the home while police attempted to call them back out. Authorities did not say whether anyone was taken into custody.

Police say no arrests were made and no injuries were reported. The situation was eventually resolved, and officers cleared the scene.
