Fire department responds to overnight house fire in Lexington

LEXINGTON, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – An investigation is underway after an overnight house fire in Lexington.

According to the Lexington Fire Department, crews were called just before 3:30 a.m. to a home on Brigadoon Parkway near Wilson Downing Road.

Firefighters say they located a small fire in the crawl space of the home.

Officials confirmed no one was injured.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
