Woman found dead in Richmond parking lot, coroner says

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Madison County Coroner’s Office is investigating after a woman was found dead outside a senior living facility earlier this week.

According to the coroner, the woman was discovered between two parked cars near the Pebble Creek Crossing area. Officials said it appeared she had been outside for an extended period of time before she was found.

Her identity has not yet been released.

An autopsy is scheduled for later this week and is expected to determine whether her death was related to the recent winter weather or caused by other factors.
