Lexington man arrested after SUV crashes into Knox County home, deputies say
KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A Lexington man is facing DUI and drug-related charges after deputies say he crashed his SUV into a trailer home in Knox County over the weekend.
According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Department, 53-year-old Paul Cox was arrested Saturday after allegedly driving into a trailer in the Heidrick community.
When deputies arrived, they found Cox’s vehicle hanging halfway inside the home. Officials say there were people inside the trailer at the time of the crash, but thankfully no one was hurt.
Investigators charged Cox with DUI and drug offenses. The incident remains under investigation.
