Two women walk away from crash with minor injuries in Casey Co.

 CASEY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Two women walked away with only minor injuries after a crash Monday afternoon, just before 1 p.m.

State Police say 58-year-old Peggy Long was driving a 2000 Nissan Maxima southbound on KY 49 when she lost control of her car, dropped off the right side of the roadway, hit an embankment, and overturned.

KSP says Long and her passenger, 38-year-old Amy Mina were both wearing seat belts and were taken to Casey County Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
