W Main Street back open after crash involving fire truck in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Drivers are being urged to avoid part of West Main Street in Lexington following a crash involving a fire truck and a car.
According to the @lexwrecks account on X, the injury collision happened at Clyde Street and Old Main Street. The crash involves a fire truck that overturned onto its side and a passenger vehicle.
As a result, West Main Street is shut down in both directions between Price Road and Forbes Road.
Inbound traffic is being diverted to Forbes Road, while outbound traffic is being diverted to Price Road.
Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes and expect delays while crews work the scene. According to the fire department, there were no injures.
