ATV crash sends driver to hospitak

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — An investigation is underway after an ATV crash north of London left one person seriously injured Thursday evening.

According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 6:43 p.m. about nine miles north of London, near the Callahan Falls area. Investigators say an ATV apparently overturned and went into a creek.

The sheriff’s office says the driver was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital.

Officials say more information will be released as it becomes available.
