Driver hospitalized after early morning crash on New Circle Road

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A driver was taken to a hospital after an early morning crash in Lexington.

According to police, the crash happened around 3:30 a.m. on New Circle Road just past Richmond Road.

Officers say the vehicle went off the roadway and landed on its side.

Investigators say the driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police say charges are not expected to be filed in the case.
