Three accused of burglarizing a home in Laurel County
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Three people are charged in connection to a burglary in Laurel County.
The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says 54-year-old Jo Ann Mchone, 45-year-old Ernest Hammons and 50-year-old Clemous Tabor are accused of having items that were stolen from a home on Rocky Moutain Lane in London.
Deputies say the items included coins, a class ring, and power tools.
In addition, deputies say they found drugs and drug paraphernalia on Mchone and Tabor.
Mchone is charged with recovery of stolen property, trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.
Hammons is charged with fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
Tabor is charged with recovery of stolen property, trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
The sheriff says more arrests are expected.
