Lexington Police arrest man for shooting assault

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a man they say shot at a group of three people, hitting one. They also say he threatened them if they talked to police.

According to police, 24-year-old Ra’mone Burdette fired at a group of three people yesterday around 11 a.m., hitting a woman in the ear.

They say he then threatened the group not to talk to police and stole one of their cell phones.
