Police searching for escaped inmate from Paducah facility

PADUCAH, Ky. (WTVQ) – State police are looking for an escaped inmate; KSP says the Keaton Correctional Facility in Paducah called troopers around one Saturday morning to report Frankie Higdon missing.

Higdon is a 33-year-old from Louisville.

He was last seen wearing a tan jacket with black pants and carrying a black backpack.

He was serving time for burglary, tampering with physical evidence, and fleeing and evading police.
