Man arrested on child sexual abuse charges

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man is accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 18.

Louisa Police arrested Anthony Mullins after the department for community-based services reported the alleged abuse.

Investigators say they found messages to the child on his phone that were sexual in nature.
