Indecent Exposure suspect due in court

WINCHESTER, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A man accused of exposing himself to students at a Clark County school bus stop is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

According to court records, Elvis Jones was set for arraignment at 9 a.m. on charges of indecent exposure and resisting arrest.

Police say Jones exposed himself to teenage girls waiting at a bus stop in the College Street area in October. Investigators said he was wearing skintight leather pants and a shirt during the incident.

Officers reported that Jones was taken into custody after a brief struggle.
