Madison County man arrested on sodomy and assault charges

MADISON COUNTY, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Madison County man is behind bars facing several serious charges, including sodomy and assault. According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 1:30 a.m. Friday after a victim reported being raped and physically assaulted.

During the investigation, the victim identified the suspect as Everette Moore. Authorities located Moore later that morning and took him into custody.

The case remains under investigation.
