Lexington Police investigate early morning shooting on Centre Parkway

LEXINGTON, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington police are investigating an early-morning shooting on Centre Parkway. Officers say they were called to the 1300 block just after 1 a.m. for a report of a shooting with a victim.

When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to officials.

Detectives are continuing to investigate and are asking anyone with information to contact Lexington Police.
