UPDATE: (9/18/18, 12:15 p.m.) – All lanes of the Bluegrass Parkway shut down due to a trailer fire have reopened.
The fire closed down lanes around 10 p.m. Monday.
The semi was carrying the chemical chromium oxide, which required a hazmat response to clean it up, according to officials.
WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Bluegrass Parkway in Woodford County near mile marker 61 is closed in both directions after a trailer fire involving hazmat cleanup happened under the Scotts Ferry Road overpass.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says 2 lanes will be blocked between exit 58 and exit 68 for three hours.
