Investigators need help identifying stabbing suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a Halloween night stabbing that injured two people downtown.

According to Bluegrass Crime Stoppers, the suspect — pictured in surveillance images — is accused of stabbing two victims near the intersection of Main and Upper Streets on October 31.

Investigators say the incident began as a fight after someone allegedly threw a cup at the victims’ vehicle. Police say the suspect then reached through the car window and stabbed both victims before fleeing the scene.
