One person hospitalized after overnight incident near Lexington church
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – One person was taken to the hospital after an overnight incident near a Lexington church.
According to Lexington Police, officers were called to the 800 block of East Loudon Avenue just before 2 a.m. Thursday for a report of a disorder involving a weapon. The area includes Bluegrass Baptist Church.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been injured. Police say the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
