Berea Police make arrest after apparent standoff situation

BEREA, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Berea Police Department is asking residents to stay away from the 300 block of Lewis Street as officers respond to what they’re calling a potentially dangerous situation.

According to a post from Berea Police, the threat is currently contained within a residence in the area. Officers are asking the public to avoid the neighborhood while they work to secure the scene.
